Izabella Risteski is a distinguished ADHD Neural Coach based in Sydney, NSW. Specialising in integrating neuropsychology with ADHD behavioural coaching tools, she empowers clients to manage symptoms and capitalise on strengths for personal & professional success. Izabella provides effective ADHD management support to adults, professionals, children, adolescents & families, enhancing overall well-being & problem-solving skills. Izabella earned an academic scholarship and graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Psychological Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Socio-Legal Studies. She furthered her education by completing the ICF and PAAC accredited ADDCA course, becoming a qualified ADHD Behavioural Coach. As someone diagnosed with ADHD, Izabella understands the masking effects associated with a late diagnosis and is committed to addressing ADHD stigmatisation and under-diagnosis. She advocates for policy changes in healthcare and education to improve the well-being of individuals and their support networks affected by ADHD. During a year abroad in London, Izabella joined ADHD UK as an advocate and is a member of the International Coaching Federation. Izabella presented her research findings on ‘Uncovering Critical Gaps in ADHD Management’ at both the 2024 Australasian ADHD Professionals Association Conference and the Global ADHD Conference.
