Nisha Bal is an experienced occupational therapist and founder of Seeds Occupational Therapy. With nearly 20 years of practice since graduating from Curtin University in Perth, Nisha has dedicated her career to supporting neurodivergent individuals, with a particular focus on ADHD and Autism. Working both privately and in schools, Nisha is passionate about helping clients with ADHD understand and embrace the unique strengths of an ADHD brain.

Nisha strives to foster an environment where clients feel safe, accepted, and empowered to explore their experiences. By creating a supportive and non-judgemental atmosphere, she encourages individuals to express their thoughts and emotions freely.
